• Minimum order requirements vary by production method. Sublimated items like Jerseys, BASE Layers, Shorts, Flags have no minimums for orders.
  
• Printed T-shirts and Apparel vary, but can start at 1 peice using our Custom Designer online. Larger quantities are calculated per order.
• Promotional products like scuffs, Lanyards, Koozies, Caps, Beanies, Socks and Pullup cords have a 100pc minimum.

Discounts are automatically applied in your ordering portal

Volume discounts apply when ordering multiple pieces of the same style, excluding changes in gender.

Discounts tiers are:

• 1-9
• 10-24
• 25-49
• 50-99,
• 100+
• 300+ by request

Discounts reset with alterations like collar type, sleeve length, or logo changes.

• Payment terms are upfront: Artwork fees must be paid in full to initiate your order, and the production invoice balance is due upon artwork confirmation.
• Payments under $1,500 can be made by credit card; amounts over $1,500 require bank transfer. Confirm payment within 7 days to secure your delivery date.

• Plan your order with our defined cut-off periods. Submit by the listed order date to receive it by the earliest indicated date, considering a 7-day window for potential delays and checks.
• Delivery dates are indicative and will be confirmed upon order confirmation.

• Track your order by logging into your 'Account' on our homepage. Use your username and password to view your order history under the 'ORDERS' tab.
• For further assistance, submit a request from within your account.

• Duties and taxes are your responsibility, billed together by the courier who pays customs on your behalf. These charges, separate from our fees, include customs duties and local taxes like GST or VAT.
• You may be eligible for tax refunds if you're the goods' owner and meet certain conditions.
